AZR Ministry of Culture

After the success of the European Games in Baku 2015, the government of Azerbaijan wanted to turn Baku into the next Dubai. Towards that end, the Ministry of Culture spearheaded new initiatives to boost the domestic economy, improve the country's global standing, and create international partnerships within the arts and culture community. Our work in this partnership involved advising for and developing a multi-million dollar film fund, a Virtual Reality hub, and a full-scale multi-media studio that would leverage AZR's lush domestic resources and create partnerships with studios, networks, and investors from around the world.
